Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 30, 2026

You are sending us your deed, your ID, and in some cases a death certificate. This page explains exactly what we do with those documents, who touches them, and when we delete them.

What we collect

Contact information you submit through our forms — your name, phone number, email address, resort or developer, and ownership type.

Documents you upload, which depending on your situation may include:

Why we collect it

Solely to produce your Options and Recommendations Packet and to communicate with you about your file.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with resorts, developers, exit companies, lead brokers, marketing partners, or data aggregators.

Who processes it

How long we keep it

We keep only what we need, for only as long as we need it. Identity documents are the shortest-lived records we hold.

Retention schedule
RecordRetained for
Your completed Packet and analyst notesIndefinitely
Deed, ownership contract, maintenance and account statements7 years
Photo ID and death certificate90 days after delivery
Payment records7 years

We keep your completed Packet and notes indefinitely so we can answer follow-up questions at any point after delivery — that is the file we return to when you call. Supporting ownership documents are retained for seven years. Identity documents are permanently deleted 90 days after your Packet is delivered; we have no operational reason to hold them beyond that. Payment records are retained for seven years as required by card network rules and tax law.

Security

Uploads are encrypted in transit and routed to a restricted-access folder. Delivered Packets are password-protected, with the password transmitted separately from the Packet itself. Access is limited to the analysts working your file.

Your choices

At any time you may ask us to provide a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or permanently delete it. Email Info@TimeshareInformationCenter.US or call (866) 260-7604. We confirm deletions in writing.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you additionally have the right to object to or restrict processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Cookies and analytics

We use Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns — specifically to see whether people who click our Facebook or Instagram ads reach the intake or checkout pages. We do not use it to build individual advertising profiles or to retarget you across unrelated sites. You can opt out of Meta ad personalization at any time at facebook.com/adpreferences. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without losing access to any part of our site.

Children

Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we handle documents already in our possession will be communicated to affected clients by email.
